how to heat up oil?

I have some test e and i want to try to heat the oil up to make the injections hurt less. How and what is the best way to go about doing this?

Cup of water...nuke it just shy of boiling, then put your vial in the water with the top above water...if it's an amp, let the amp float around in the water for a couple minutes.

Put it under a hot shower or on hot water.

put a bowl of water in the microwave and heat it up for a min or 2 then just pull it out and set ur vial in there for a min and wa la oil should be easyer to pull out but im not sure about helpin with pain though try a heat pad after ur injection

hot tap water in a cup works fine but remember to wipe clean with alcohol the area where you are going to insert the needle or else you are putting yourself at risk for infection from the tap water.

i always put it in a lil sandwhich bag then put in hot water for a couple mins... then always swab with alcohol before inserting needle in the vial

You can always try a hair dryer as well. Just heat the vial or amps for about 10-15 seconds then sterilize with alcohol.
