    cardio and lifting timing question

    can you guys help me out a second? this is how i do it. i do my cardio in the morning on an empty stomach for 30 mins. then i get back home. how long should i wait after my cardio to eat my preworkout meal. on days i'm not gonna lift, how long after cardio and should it contain carbs?
    just trying to make sure i'm getting the benefits i should be.

    I usually do 1 scoop whey right when I walk in the door from doing cardio. I eat eggs/oats about 20 min later.

    so i could do 1 scoop whey when i walk in or bcaa's. would i be able to go right into my preworkout meal or should i wait a while to take advantage of the fat burning mode fomr the cardio? anyone know how long the "fat burning" lasts once you finish cardio?

    I cook eggs/oats then eat whenever they are finished. I eat probably 20 min later when I'm out of the shower.

    kool, thanks alot bro. feel better abotu what i'm doing now. started over analyzing things due to stress i think. lost focus for a minute there. appreciate it....
