whats up fellas. I am tryin to plan for this upcoming spring cycle. Goals: lean mass. I am trying to up my strength but stay lean. Thinking about running Var but then i started reading about Tbol. I know most will bring up the "test is a must" argument but any type of test just blows me up too much. I am 6'2" 185 with approx 7% bf. Let me know what yall think about var vs. tbol or anything else. thanks.
