    I'm 20 years old and 9 monthes, 185 pounds, 6'0, very low percent body fat, been lifting weights for about 3 years, never done a cycle of steroids, took every supplement I could get my hands on while working out, I haven't really been gaining like I used to, and a friend of mine recently got a hook up for some roids. I've been lurking on this site and reading the threads for about 6 monthes now.

    My diets pretty good, I eat constantly: chicken, oatmeal, eggs, protein shakes and basically anything else that isn't junk food until my stomach can handle no more.

    Anyway, I gave my friend some money, and he's an idiot and came back with 10 250 mg viles of sustanon, and 3 200 mg viles of deca. I got ripped off on this, but at least the stuff is legit (organon), so I'm okay with it.

    I ordered too much clomid and nolvadex just in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

    For my first two weeks, I took a shot of sustanon a week, and I (stupidly) took a vile of deca with the idea that I was going to just buy a bunch more and stack the sus and deca.

    Anyway now I've been reading and I see that 200 mg of deca isn't going to do very much, so I talked my friend into trading my remaining deca for sustanon.

    So anyway, I've got 10 more 250 mg viles of sustanon, I've already done 2 weeks at 250. I could potentially pick up pretty much as much as I'd like.

    Do you recommend continuing and taking 10-12 weeks at 250 a week, or taking 8-10 weeks at 500? Or I could (possibly but I'd prefer not to) take 250 sus and 200 deca a week for 8 and 12 weeks respectively?

    Will the side effects be less if I do the 250 (I would inject it e3d) a week, instead of the 500?

    Am I going to get any nasty sides from doing the 1 200 mg vile of deca and then discontinuing it?

    Also I'm worried about my hair (although I don't really have a history of MPB in my family) and considering taking proscar, would that be a bad idea considering I've already got a small amount of deca in my system? If so whats the alternative?

    Sorry for the long post and all the questions guys, these are just things I've been wondering while doing my research and I'd like to get someone more experienced's opinions.

    Also, please don't try and talk me out of juicing, the girls are already noticing a difference and I'm hooked for life.

    Sust isn't my favorite especially for a first time due to dealing with 4 esters instead of one.
    that being said, its best to shoot sust EOD not E3D and I would go with 10 weeks at 500mgs./week instead of 250

    I say 500mg/week. 250 Monday morning 250 Thursday night.

    I would go with 500mg/wk too. Thats the classic first cycle. Keep it to one compound only. I dont think youll see a whole lot from just 250mg/wk. My first cycle was 500mg/wk of test cyp and I gained quite a lot from just that.

    E3D is fine for you because your not even doing enough to take of advantage of the Sus. The only test in the Sus that you will not fully take advantage of is the Prop which I believe it's half life is 3 days. If you do E3D on a 10 wk cycle there should be at least 4 weeks where you will be injecting 750mg if you plan on doing 250mg shots on an E3D basis..

    pyramid up to 500 and then back down......to 250. i stacked sust and deca 200 when i was 18, kept all my gains. i gained 35 pounds and have been a stocky s.o.b since then, so imo pyramid and remember protein and diet as well as intensity will determine how much muscle you gain. you can juice yourself all up but ultimately its how smart you are about your cycle, workout and diet when it comes to keeping gains. i had plenty of buddies get big and lose all of it, its like they never ever juiced and i just laugh at them because they did not know what they were doing. more is not better, don't ever assume this. no matter what, the shit will kick in eventually and you will get gains, keeping the gains is the hard part. goodluck bud.
