Going to doctor in a week, what type of work should i get done?

Im 18 years old and did a cycle of Decca Qv300 from Mexico. After getting a lot of feedback it seems as if I could've damadged my body. It was about 2 months ago since my last shot soooo.....

When I go to the doctor, what should I tell him and what should I ask for? I want to make sure my body is "ok" and to see if the gear has damadged anything
