its tough for a lot of people to quit, you could try playing nothing but 1$ tournaments. it might be hard but once you get into the game i usually dont really think about how much money im playing for, i just try to play the right hands and try to learn how the other people at the table play their cards.

A Swedish buddy of mine out here plays online poker all the time. Dude comes to my bar like 3 days a week and sits there on his laptop for about 6-8 hours just playing game after game. He wins a LOT. He lived in Vegas for a year as a professional poker player, taking advantage of dumb tourists. He played in some big time tournament and won, defeating a former world champ. I guess he's just got a formula and he sticks to it.

i think online poker is dumb to play....you don't no who the player is...you could get lucky and play a complete fish or someone who is a bigtime cash player at vegas

i had my wife put a net nanny.....i cant go to porn sites....it was tuff for awhile, but now i hang out here instead of looking at FREE porn sites. i also feel alot better about myself.....but if the nanny was removed, i prob would go back.....an addiction is an addiction i guess.

I have lost 200 - 300 dollars on online poker. I have won and then I continued to play and lost. I think that it´s funnier to play with friends and not play with much money. Some guys are lucky and good at playing poker and wins over 100,000 dollars.

Yeah i made an intial deposit of $100 and got it up to $2,000 in a few days and lost it all back in 2. You can be sucessful if you have good money management skills and the ability to stop when you know you need to. I just play and play and play till its all gone.
