    Pre gym i had rice tuna egg, 2 cups of spinach and green beans

    On a squat day.. not only did i spinchter muscles, but i think i left something in my pants too.

    on the plane ride home, i was farting constantly, it was the most horrific smell and no where to get away. plus the other 308 MFers on the plane wasnt very happy with me...............LOL
