6'1"25 years old, 225, 12.5 % bf working out since 17 4-5 days a week,
diet is clean with 1 cheat meal a week around 5,000 calories a day.First cycle.
My gear is Iranian Test Enth 250/amp
Deca 300/mL.
Should I go with
1-14 1.25mL of Test Enth on Mon/Thursday &
1-12 .75mL Deca Mon/Thursday?
I don't want to get shut down from the Deca so I am wondering if my test is high enough or too high for a first cyle. I think it works out to 625/week Test & 450 Deca.
