Ok guys, give me a educated critiqueplease.

[B]Stats:
I'm 38 yrs old and have been training for 23yrs on and off. I have been extremely dedicated the last 3 to 4 years.
Height-6'-1''
Weight-240lbs
BF%- 15%
I have done approx. 6 cycles total, 4 of them within the last 3 yrs.

Here is what I have planned starting at the end of December.....

1-6 Test prop.150mgs. EOD
1-6 Oral Turnabol 80mgs. ED
1-14 Test Enanthate 750mgs. EW
1-13 Equipoise 600mgs. EW
1-14 Nolvedex 20mgs. ED
1-14 Proviron 25mgs. ED (left over from previous cycle)
1-14 Armidex .5 mgs. EOD
1-14 Milk Thistle @ 2000mgs. ED
1-14 Cranberry Extract @ 1000mgs. ED


[B]PCT:[B
14-16 HCG 1000iu's EOD
17-21 Clomid @ 300mgs. 1st day
17-21 Clomid @100mgs. ED
17-21 Nolvadex @ 30mgs.ED
17-21 Proviron @ 75mgs. ED

I will possibly use some HCG in the middle of the cycle depending on the testicular atrophy.
I'm using this cycle as a bulker. I realize that EQ is better suited for a cutter but I'm hoping the increased hunger will allow me to gain a little more mass.

Do you think I'm using to many Anti's during 1-14?

Yes.

I lik ethe cycle. The only thing i would drop is the nolv. Keep it and run it for pct.

I agree, I think that the proviron and A-dex will ward off any onsite of gyno.

Exactly no need for both L-dex and nolva, did you have a reason for it? I might up the test-e 850 with your cycle back ground, why not reap the rewards of a bit more test?

Why are you starting pct right after the test-e is dropped, if your going to jump with prop I would end with it also this way you can get right into pct. You have to wait a few weeks after test-e to get pct going.

I see now you waiting to start clomid, I still would end with prop in your case.

May want to push the tbol to eight weeks as it is very mild, imo.

You don't want to run Nolva and Arimidex together. I would bump the Arimidex to 1mg/ed. Save the Nolva for PCT.

The OT should make you really freaking hungry.

I hate Clomid and you shouldn't need it with the HCG.

I like HCG @ 500iu/ed x 2 weeks but you can go to 3 if you want.

Aromasin for PCT 25mg/ed run 2 weeks past HCG

Add 1g/2xday Vit C and 1 g/ed vit e to PCT.

Always run the nolva 2 weeks longer than everything else, no matter what.

Actually, I'd run the Proviron past the other PCT compounds to reduce SHBG and estrogen. Some also use it as a bridge as it helps keep muscles hard and isnt suppressive the HPTA.

I use it at 25-50mg/ED 3-4 weeks after all other PCT compounds have finished.
