Smile Tone down muscle- clen question

    Hello all-

I used to play volleyball a LOT and I was constantly required to do training for tournaments and the like. I have stopped playing and my legs are still pretty bulky. I really love running outside but I get an incredible amount of joint pain, so I run on the elliptical. I try to do low reps of weight training and my legs are still pretty bulky, is there anything else I can do? I just started on clen... for once I actually have some warmth to my body---I'm naturally freezing cold, so it's been nice. Will clen just reduce my body fat or will it help me tone down muscle too? Thanks so much!

many ppl swear that clen is an anabolic substance, meaning that it would actually help build muscle. This is merely hearsay and no scientific evidence supports this in human studies.
It will definately not "tone down" your muscle.
The only way to "tone muscle down" would be to avoid training that particualr muscle group and if nessecary run a below maintenance cal diet.
