Hello all-
I used to play volleyball a LOT and I was constantly required to do training for tournaments and the like. I have stopped playing and my legs are still pretty bulky. I really love running outside but I get an incredible amount of joint pain, so I run on the elliptical. I try to do low reps of weight training and my legs are still pretty bulky, is there anything else I can do? I just started on clen... for once I actually have some warmth to my body---I'm naturally freezing cold, so it's been nice. Will clen just reduce my body fat or will it help me tone down muscle too?
