Circulation problems? Anyone got any ideas

I have started noticing that more frequently my extremities "go to sleep" easier. Mainly it happens to me at night. I notice it when I'm laying in bed reading, basically on my back with the book over my chest and my arms almost at a 90 degree angle, both of my hands will start to go to sleep, I straighten my arms and it subsides. Some morning if i sleep with my arms bent at or past a 90degree angle I will wake up with a "dead" hand or arm and have to deal with pins and needles till the circulation returns or whatever. Do any of you guys ever experience this and if so what causes it? Just wanted to get some of you guys opinions/experiences before I contacted my doc with it.

Look up serrapeptase. There have been studies showing that it eliminates dead tissue in the body such as arterial plaque. The cleaner your arteries are the better circulation you would have.
