I think that they are treating him very hard and no need for that harsh treatment, is that how it is is the U.S.A?

seemed a little over the top but then he has already tried to plan an escape once and he has allegedly murdered someone and is also accused of trying to get 3 witnesses to the case killed too. So maybe he deserves it.

Well, if you're accused of murder, and have been a problem in the system, yes this is how you’re treated.

If taking these precautions prevent an injury to Mr. Titus or to one of the correctional officers, it is absolutely necessary.

Let's say they didn't take these steps, and Mr. Titus tried to hit one of the officers, and was tazzed or otherwise injured, his lawyer would have a field day, filing motions and trying to sue the county.

It did seem a little excessive for just moving the guy to a different cell, but I sense he must've been acting up or something before this. Keep in mind, he is a convicted felon (murder) and even though he's a shadow of his former self, he's still probably in better shape than most guards.

the reason for the move was that they found a guy on the roof fiddling with air vents above titus' cell. Due to Titus previously attempting to purchase a guards uniform from a guard in order to escape this sparked alarm bells and he was immediately moved.
It turned out the guy on the roof was just some random idiot and was not in the end linked to titus in any way.

hell yea, ive got a pretty bad temper but im smart enough to not fvck up my entire life with one stupid act. i would like to know exactly what happened with the girl though, im sure she was dead before they burned her but why the fvck would they use their own car if they were trying to cover it up? maybe too fvcked up to think clear?

It sure is Scary when everything the attorneys have is not in your favor. I would have gone to Cuba or Mexico so they wouldn't catch me. If they did just pay them off and they will say you escaped.

The thought went through my mind: Regardless of how necessary that whole dog-and-pony show was for moving him from one cell to another, I'll bet the officials recording the event on film made a special request to remove Titus' shirt. Otherwise, he's just another con with a goatee and a shaved head.
