I'm going to be doing Test prop jump start my next cycle. I will be injecting 75mg ED. Can I inject in my glute only, but just rotate sides every day? Is that too many injections, too frequently, in the same location?

You could do but just keep and eye open for any swelling or soreness. If you get a build up of oil and then keep injecting into the same site you may cause problems.

Glutes/quads/delts or glutes/quads/delts/pecs works very well for ED injections.
I havnt explored injecting into anything other than mu glutes yet. I may try quads.Originally Posted by vermin
I have found the trick to quads to be to hit the side of the muscle with the pin going in at a hard right angle (if you are laying down, the pin would be parallel to the bed/ground/whatever). Oh, and support the heel of your foot so the quads are lax.
Is there a particular reason you want to avoid other sites? I mean, other than unfamiliarity with injecting them? I have found quads to be the most painful site for me and I hit glutes, quads, delts, and now bi's. Delts are by far the easiest and most comfortable for me, with glutes a close 2nd.
Specific to quads though, don't go too far on the outside of the muscle. You definitely DO NOT want to hit the nerve that runs the length of the outside of your leg (common peroneal). If the top of your leg as you look at it is 12 o'clock, I aim for about 2 o'clock and go straight in.
Good luck to you. Just be careful and push slowly.
Interesting - I go on the outside, about 3/4" to 1.5" down from the top, at an absolute right angle and never feel anything. Maybe 40% of the way down the thigh.
I seperate each quad into three different areas; top, middle, and bottom. Then I alternate each quad to get 6 injections. No pain, I like the control with quad. They're easy and in plain view so you're not forced into some weird angle.
I always thought the rule of thumb was to never go within a few inches of the same area for at least 7 days or risk scaring and weak receptors.
If you take pre-cautions b4 injecting, (washing hands, clean tools, fresh needs/tubes) you should have no problem injecting in the same area more than once in 7 days. Just be sure to Inject as slow as possible. This will slowly release the gear through the muscle instead of pressure in 1 area, which is wha ti believe to be most commonly associated with soreness from injecting. Benzyl Alcohol stings but doesnt not cause prolonged muscle soreness like a ball of oil in the middle of ur muscle fibers. For instance i can put 4-5ml in my upper quad, no problem no pain the next day etc. Takes me 3-5 minutes to inject it all, but at a slow pace, i dont seem to feel anything. Also i guess depends on your muscle mass.
Thats some good info right there.
Exactly what I was trying to say as well. The only pain I've experienced that I'd call unreasonable was when I've either dumped it in too fast or gotten shakey with the pin and had it move around some. Warm it up, stab it in, and t a a a k e y o o u r t i i i m e.
medial delts L, R
Pects L, R
quads L, R
anterior Delts L, R
Glutes L, R
i wouldnt suggest that.... its gonna be sore and scar tissue will build up... try to rotate
