I was going to do the two week on, two week off method because i have pounds to lose and don't want to become "immune" to it. But now i'm thinking of doing it Beast's way. Would that be harmful for long term use? What would you guys suggest? I'm not sure which cycle would be the most effective yet not harmful to my health. I think i'm going to take the full amount in the morning before my cardio... oh and is it better to eat breakfast before of after I workout?
