    My first pic



    here is me this morning at 8am before work...i have been off test cyp 250 for 4 weeks and on hcg...please comment and let me know what i can improve....I KNOW im not cut but its the least of my concerns right now...im about to start cyp250 and deca 300 in the next week or soo..

    currently my measurements are

    5'8
    185
    neck=16.5
    chest=44"
    arms=16"
    thighs=24
    calves=16
    waist=34
    i think around 16% body fat

    no offense dude but there is no way your arms are 16 from what I see in that picture, along with every other measurement you have listed..Nothing personal but I think you should put your next cycle off for a little while

    i really dont see a point in me lying about my size....thats just hurting myself....i may not look that big i was 162lbs when i started...

    You've been off cycle for 4 weeks and wanna hop back on in a week? Did you do a short cycle or have you recovered really well? Also how old are ya? Not the best pic to work with but i'd say work on incline bench and get your upper pecs in proportion, good luck

    i did a 10 week cycle and have been on hcg and clomid since then.. since being off i have lost thickness in my chest back and shoulders( i can tell by the way shirts fit)..im 24 and will be 25 in march....

    first off why did you make 3 threads of the same pic.
    secondly i think you look decent and I could believe your measurements are what you say but you do not need to jump back on the juice already. maybe you just need to work on your nutritional/supplement plan when your coming off if you feel you are losing too much.

    You look like you are in good shape, but like others have said it's probably a good idea to recover from your cycle and hold off for a while before you start again. Wait until you're about 200lbs to start your next cycle. Also, you should take some Anti-Es to ensure that your gyno (looks like you have a little) doesn't get worse.

    even before i did my first cycle my chest has always looked like i have gyno...i dont get it maybe i just store alot of fat in that area...but it hasn't seem to change since the day i started working out...thanks for the comments guys...ill have leg shots commin soon...

    Yea man this dude is serious--hes got some posts in a thread called "outer pecs" it was a debate until i realized hes too vain or something to realize hes an idiot and wrong.
