I'm currently in my 3rd wk regiment on a 10wk cycle of test E and Dbol. My current goal is bulking. I hope I could put on more 20Ibs from this cycle. Im currently weighing 206Ibs. Please feel free to criticize or advise my cycle as you see fit.
Wk1 thru wk2.....250mg test E (Mon).....250mg test E (Thur)....20mg dbol/ed
Wk3 thru wk4........500mg test E (every mondays)..........50mg dbol/ed
wk5 thru wk 10......500mg test E (every mondays)
I do have 36 tablets of 50mg clomid on hand for PCT which I hope to take them between wk12 thru wk15.
My present backup workout supplements includes creatine, glutiamine, and glucosamine.
I don't rely much on shake protein but my diet is pretty much constitute of redmeat, turkeys, chicken, veggies, bread, potatoes, rice, eggs, milk,oatmeal, fruits and salads.
I'm trying to workout only on MWF but there are weeks that found myself constantly working out daily (I figure that's the only way to get rid of the soreness).
My major target areas during workout are hamstring/thighs that means I don't miss squats and leg press in my workout. My chest and tri-biceps are pretty much in shape --I just feel like avoiding Y-shape by working out my legs to medium size.
