    Exclamation who uses above 500mg/wk of test

    i have never been above 500mg/wk, and ive done 6 cycles now. i am debating moving up to 750/wk for my next one but ive got a slight worry that im using too much. Also T.I.C that i would probably add 600mg eq and 35mg/d of d/bol. i would class myself as a recreational user, whose interest is in keeping good shape, keeping strong, and an interest in going to the gym. i know this can be achieved without aas, but i like taking them. im on as many days as im off within a year, would the small increase in meds bring any health worries. who else uses above 500mg each cycle

    My last cycle was 600 and my next is gonna be at 750. diet and training is the key for your cycle

    Ive never ran a higher amount than 500mg/wk, i dont believe in if you up the dose you will gain more, as you can keep dosage the same, and just change other aspects of the cycle diet and training the first two that come to mind and still keep gaining.

    Just out of curiosity what are you stats bro?

    im 40yr, 5 11, 14st, i dont know my bf but you can clearly see my abs. ive been train on and off a long time, but the last 5yr has been solid training.

    The highest I have gone is 1400mg per week. Wont go much higher than that for a while. I love it.

    If you are recreational...keep it at 500mg. You could do 1000mg EW but if your training and diet are not in check you're wasting your money.

    Around here, the question is more like "Who DOESN"T use more than 500 mg of test each week?"
    But rec use will probably max at 500-750 mg.

    Usually around 750 here. Sometimes more.

    If I were you I might bump it up to 750. Always want to bump it up just in small increments. I use over 1g every cycle now and dont run into any big problems as long as I take my arimidex.

    in my experience, if you are a rec user, and you are not training at a very high level, and tuning your diet down to the gram of protien, you would be wasting most of anything over 500mg. I am not training at an eliet level, or dieting like a pro, and I found that the closer I got to a gram, the worse my sides would get, and gains were not a hell of alot better than at 500mg. I will leave the gram/week for the eliet atheletes, and probably won't go there unless I double my training and dieting efforts...
