Here is my fat burning cycle.
I am 39 yo, 6 ft, 206 pounds. My goal weight is 190 pounds. BF will be around 10% at 190 pounds.
I have a personal trainer and have been doing 6 cardio sessions a week for 4 months and I have increased this to 12 a week in the new year with 9 for cardio and 3 for lifting. Will increase lifting days as I get closer to my goal weight. I will be training twice a day with Sundays off. My lifting will be on Mon, Wed, Fri.
Diet is under control using the stuff in Tom Vinuetto’s Burn the Fat. 6 meals a day using 35-40 carbs, 45-50 lean protein, 15-20 Fat – lots of EFAs. Calories at2400 a day with fourth day cycle to full calorie allowance around 3300 or 10% below with more carbs on this day.
HGH
– 3IU’s 6/1 moving to 5IU’s 6/1
hGH PROTEIN PEPTIDE FRAGMENT 177-191
- 200 mcg daily.
IGF LR3
- 60 mcg
– sub Q immediately post lifting workout. Ie 3 times a week. Not sure whether I should use it on non lifting days.
- 4 weeks on 4 weeks off
Clen
- 2 weeks on 2 weeks off stepping up to a max of 120 mcg at start of the day.
T4
- 75 MCG daily – Do I have to cycle this?

- 400 mg weekly

- Nolvadex 10mg ED

Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex

I have some EQ and not sure whether to use it or not on a fat loss cycle.
