How many of you have experienced lethargy (Being tired :) ) on cycle ?

    What was the cycle?

What was your RBC/estrogen count if you had bloodwork

What did you do to alleviate symptoms ?

    Anymore input is helpful, thanks.

FYI, I dropped every compound besides the small dose of test adn I feel much better, I am going to re introduce each compound again, week by week and taper the dose of nandrolone.

Only time i was lethargic was when I was running tren, test, eq, t-3 and clen. I use to sleep half the day and sweat my ass off. I contribute the lethargy to the t-3.

I was very tired on one cycle, was told by doc I had high RBC. He advised to come off AS. I researched and then gave blood instead, problem solved. Now i give blood as often as possible.

I was very tired on Test Enan 500mg/wk but this seemed to go away after 3-4 weeks whilst being on cycle.

I'm exhausted all the time and I sleep horribly at night.

    I'm runing tren/prop/t-3/Winny

My guess is the tren is keeping me tossing at night which makes me tired during the day

i just came off of this cycle

    test e 500mg ew
    deca 600 mg ew

and wow did it make me lethargic. tired all the time except when i hit the gym ofcourse.... other than that i would always want to lay down or sleep. i was also taking .25mg of letro through out the cycle to keep the bloat down which helped... wiht that... anyway good luck

I just started a prop. t-bol kickstart along with a base of enanthate and eq. I fear a high RBC count and will probably give blood to lower if I get to lethargic..

Yea my RBC count was like 7 million per ml I think, I dont remember the exact number.

    Is that high ?

I sleep terribly, like I'm unable to fall asleep until about 4:00 AM, but I've always been a bit of an insomniac even before AS.

Have you tried benadryl? Also melatonin works pretty well.

I don't really like the way benadryl dries my throat out but maybe I should give melatonin a chance. Thanks
