EQ has a very long ester. You can take it once a week. But if you wont to keep blood levels even more stable shoot x2 week. The half life of eq should be 14 or 16 days. You can go look it up.

I always read that 400 a week is not enough. If I were to ever run eq Id prolly bump it up to 600. Anyone?

all right ... now i gotta bump up to 600 per week .... divide that into 2 shots of 300 per week . this will give my optimal results from this anabolic correct?
