week1 50mg Anadrol 20mg Nolvadex 0.5mg Adex
week2 50mg Anadrol 20mg Nolvadex 0.5mg Adex

The Anadrol will be split into 2 seperate doses. AM and PM.

day12-21 20mg Nolvdex

Without the proper diet,routine and adequate amounts of rest a cycle is nothing. I would post up your routine and diet first becouse with changes in these, you can make great gains. Remember better base better results. I have put on 30 pounds since joining without touching an anabolic.

hmmm, if you're absolutely hell bent on an oral only cycle i've heard dbol/winny is good. dunno about the drol, i think its even more water weight than dbol so not so good.

an all oral cycle can be effective, however it will not give you the gains that you might or might not be looking for..

they will still mess you up, in someways worse than injectables..

way to many shakes, drop some of the milk(I dont use milk to much sugar plus it bloats me). Get some more low glycemic carbs, I would not consume all that bread. More vegies. It can use alot of work. Post up in the diet section and let the vets/mods/moniters/more experianced members really work on it

Get some Clomid too for your PCT. Nolvadex-only PCT isn't very effective.

i think that depends on the person..not one way works for all people.. when i was incorporating 3 or even 4+ shakes I was doing just fine..

I agree everyone needs to know there own body and what works. I personal find whole food works better then shakes. I just think his diet needs work and there is no reason for him to touch aas yet.

Really post your diet up in the diet section and your routine up in the workout section. I know at 20 your far from your genetic level and can put on much more muscle naturally.

errr, personally i think my diet is spot on. Im getting a large amount of protein, carbs and EFA's so what exactly wrong with it?

not enough veggies and I would incoperate lower glycemic carbs. Also I would try to get alot more whole food and less shakes. Just post it up in the diet section and let the vets look through it. Thats why we are all here. I would add cream of wheat or oatmeal and take out the whole wheat cereal and milk. Take out the orange juice that is almost pure sugar. I would add protien powder to your oats and add eggs. I mean I would change alot of it.

I always have 2 injectables in all of my cycles but plenty of people do oral only cycles. If you put a base injectable like test p or e most people woundnt say a word. Bottom line is back in the day lots of olympic athletes did oral only cycles with great gains in speed or indurance. the problem is that the gains go away after adminastration of drug is stopped. I seen pleanty of people over the last 20 years blow up on anadrol only cycle or a dbol only cycle. hell I ran a 6 week winny /anavar cycle and it was great , cut up as hell and strong and could run forever on the tread mill. not that i did much of that because it cuts into your size. most of the cycles they ran in the 60's and 70's are looked at as bad cycles today , but they grew. (my 2 cents )

There is this guy named Anthony Roberts. According to his book, his first cycle was d-bol only and he gained 25lbs, and kept about half of it. I don't see anything wrong with an oral only cycle. Just keep it brief, watch your liver. Drink plenty of water, diet is key to any cycle. I have friends who have done oral only cycles and they love them. I think the compounds one takes should depend on their goals I'm not of the test every cycle way of thinking. I like d-bol better because I don't hear people getting sides from it like Anadrol like flu like symptoms. It's been around for years, and Arnold loved it lol!

you are young and the reasons not to cycle that young are "genitic potential" and growth plate hardening....
maybe im wrong but ive never seen a study that SHOWS that cycling before genitic potential is met will harm your gains later on with regards to cycling. just heard alot of rumors saying this..

growth plate harding is of concern however, if the growth plates are not done hardening you may stunt you growth....

This guy is a test drone. when i was 20 (it was 1998) i wanted to do roids. I could bench 265(1rm)and weighed 170lbs. from just takin protein. I didnt get any riods til i was 22 and i had a reputable(ligit) enough source. (that i trusted) the shit was real expensive too(iwas gettin taxed)

In 1998 PCT was not discovered ,but i still knew that anadrol would be a bad choice for my first cycle.
It has THE WORST SIDES out of any riods (test suspention at 2nd worst)

Not to mention you wont keep your size.
Even try anavar-dbol(or tbol) stack. if we cant stop you.

I would tell you to wait till 23 but i cant force you.

I wish I would have waited couple of more years for all the PCT products that came out in 2000(-2006). nothing bad happened but i never took anadrol.
And maybe i would have grown to be 6foot tall, instead of the 5ft11in,that I am now. (at 28yrs old)

There is a reason why people are telling you to wait and take advantage of your natural test levels. They are not telling you to wait for personal gain because we don't even know you. Fact of the matter is, it' s in your best interest to wait backed up by sh*t loads of research that you should of already read.

So, with that being said, I am gonna tell you to wait because i know more than you regarding AAS and you should listen to us.

I was talking about the bread. Yes you can use it and it is whole grain, but I think Yams, oats, Brown rice are all much more suitable carb sources
