This is me and Moscow body-fitness Champion under 21.Girl in the middle on the second picture is 38 years old and she is National Champion. I'm about 228 lbs on the picture and it's too much for me, but now i'm at 250 and I'm fat as pig. I will post pics here - maybe it will make me do something with my shape.

Just a quick, strange question:

Did you ever work as a personal trainer YEARS ago in Rome, Italy?
I briefly knew a VERY young russian bodybuilder who was living in Rome when I studied archictecture. Small gym near Piazza della Radio... think his name was Sasha, too.

I don't know the first girl, she was so pretty that I couldn't stand to take a picture with her. Two other girls are my former colleagues from the gym where i was working as a trainer. Blondie is my ex. And no, i have not been in Italy.

Won't get into it but her trying to do 50lb lat raises equals shitty form and not isolating the specified muscle group..
She looks good though, I'm sure she'll do well.
