Hello im going to post one of the food "days" i have. i have 2 different right nwo but getting more later. First off, the stats will be in europeen ways to measure things since thats the only way i know how too.

im a male in the 20's. 170cm long and weight 95kg ( geez i kknow )
each day i take in: 35% proteins, 50% carbs, 15% fat.
2500-2700 kcal each day

Breakfast
proteinshake with milk
50g Oat, 2 dl lightmilk, 1 banana

total 520 kcal

smalllunch
40 g panncake stir
1 egg, 100 gram kesam ( norwegian thing, not sure what it is in english )
50g oat ( heated ) with alittle water
493 kcal

lunch:
200g icebergsalad
50g cucumber
50g corn
10g onion
100g chicken

total 200kcal

dinner:

150g rice
chicken filèt 300 g
2dl sour cream
1 paprika
paprika spice

total 1100 kcal

nightfood ( not after 20.00 )

50g oat
2 dl lightmilk
2 eating spoons with jam

275 kcal

+ and proteinshake after trening or if need ( hunger ) 250kcal

My training

monday cardio 45 min with puls at 65-70% for max fat burning
tuesday: weights
wednesday cardio 45 min with puls at 65-70% for max fat burning
thursday: weights
friday cardio 45 min with puls at 65-70% for max fat burning
saturday rest
sunday rest



I plan to take some stack2 or el tigre with this to speed the process. anyhow can someone give me some feedback? sorry for the bad english
