I was on a test-e and deca cycle for twelve weeks and now have high blood pressure (in the 140's & 150's) my last deca shot was two weeks ago and my test shot was one week ago how long does it normally take for my blood pressure to go down to normal?

I also I got some acne on my back and chest how long for that to go away?

Your blood pressure will probably always elevate during a cycle. Wait a couple of weeks till everything clears out and it should go down to around normal.

Is there anything you can take to bring your blood pressure down during a cycle,thatd be effective?

give it a month or so, mine was 180/75 approx. Then it was 118/70
there are supps that can help, hawthorn berry is one of them, oh and especially C0Q10, that is the shit for supps related to that area.

Deca is a bitch for high blood pressure, I went to my doc and managed to blag high stress due to custody/access case he was very sympathetic and gave me some pils called Atenolol my blood pressure went back to normal in three days, I still got some left for my next cycle.

I had a rate of 150/100. Doing 750 Test 600 Deca . Went and gave blood, as suggested many times on this board, and bingo. I've been around 128/75 ever since. AMAZED !!!

First, sensible advise. I take Lotrel. I keep my BP 120/80 or lower.
Hawthorne berry works as well.
