I have a stretching class at the local cc at 8:15, and then have a muai thai class at 10:30, so my question is with the muai thai class being very cardio intensive and you get the best fat burning results doing cardio on an empty stomach, what should I eat before I leave in the am? Going on an empty stomach to both is just not an option for me, so I was thinking maybe a protien shake, any ideas from anyone? thanks in advance
