Retained some Brain Damage, I at times loose My immediate memory, so i will have the same conversation twice or ask the same question more than once... lol...

    As for My Health in regards to My Heart and such, I am 100%... I know this, because I Work for the Government ( well, better to say that I did ) Overseas... To be Granted a Contract for Overseas, You MUST PASS a VERY Restrictive Physical that encompasses everything regarding Your Health... You want to talk Blood Work, Shit!!! I thought I was going to be Bone Dry at the end of it all... I have to go through Respiratory testing, Heart monitoring, More and More and More... It was Over a Week of Physical Testing, so I know I am good... Just over weight due to My Accident...

    My Genetics are good, I have retained some good Mass under the Fat... I have a Big Issue with Edema/Water Weight... I am also thinking that I have a naturally high Estrogen level... I say this because I have what seem to be Gyno, it could just be Fat from the Weight I gained, I don't know... I don't feel any Lumps or Tenderness, so I am in hopes it is just Fat...

    Well, as for My current diet, I am eating HIGH Proteins and Low 30-50g/ed Carbs ( Green Carbs )... I am drinking Water, Crystal Light (Sugar Free), Brewed Tea (Sugar Free or with the Pink Stuff) and Diet Dr. Pepper...


    Here is My Cycle I am Looking into:

    Test Cycle:

    TESTOSTERONE ENANTHATE 250 mg/ml by Stealth Labs
    - Size 20 ml ( Total 500mg )

    Wk: 1 - 10 @ 500mg/wk

    METHANABOL (dianabol) by BritishDragon 10mg
    - Size 50 tabs x 3 = 150 Tabs ( Total 500mg )

    hey bro, no problem..
    I really don't have the time to "construct" you a specific diet but I can deff help you out and give you tips.
    I'm not a member of the board you posted a link to so I couldn't see what was there, I'd start a thread in the diet section on this forum for more responses as well and list (what you eat, when you eat it, and the macronutrients that go with each meal and total for the day, Prot/Carbs/Fat)

    A few things that stuck out were you said you are eating less than 100carbs! Stop right there and get a minimum of 150/day especially at your bodyweight, I'd say go with around 200-250. Carbs will not make you fat, it is your food choices and your total caloric intake that counts. That being said I'll await your diet and we'll see what needs fixing and what needs substituting.
    Btw, GREAT JOB on coming back after the injuries, much respect!

    what are your goals (sorry if already listed but i read twice and didnt see them). And what is "baby swiss"?

    Glad you posted it up bro, I'll get back to it later when I have more time to really go through it all.

    Until then get us some Macros (Prot/carbs/fat) per meal you listed and also figure out what you're taking in total per day so we can critique.. I won't even begin to comment on a diet until those things are in place..

    Wow that is the most boring plain diet I've ever seen, I'd never eat like that.

    Put some variety in there. I'd suggest completely restructuring your diet and figure out how many macros you are having per meal and for the day..

    I'll wait for you to update.. feel free to ask any questions to help modify your diet.
