When I squat (the pain starts around 225/250lbs) a decent amount, at the bottom of the movement, it feels like a stress fracture in the front of my left shin. What could this be? Any suggestions how to fix? Thanks

do you have shin splints?? have you had any recnt trauma? when did it start? besides squatingm what makes it worse? wha tmakes it better? you need to give alot more detail than you did, it is hard to be specific is the question is vague, details details, details!
sorry, not trying to be vague, I have no other problems with it other than squats. I run 3 km/d w/ no prob. I can do every other leg workout without any pain. It only started when I was squatting in that weight range. ????
