Youtube '1980 weightlifting' guy???

Please could somebody help me out here?

Could anybody who knows alot about olympic weightlifting please type into YOUTUBE 1980 weightlifting... At 1.15 of the vidoe clip,there is a guy with long hair,a beard and gold teeth..I have seen him before and assume him to be russian/former ussr! Does anybody know who he is,ie weight country placings,name etc? He also shows up later on the same vid! Any info appreciated!
