Me and my GF are having a debait - she recons if proteins that important to me i should spunk into my protein drinks and drink them... and that theres nothing wrong with it as it comes out of my body anyway so theres no harm in putting it back in - she recons its full of protein and calories... whats the trouth behind this ? (i think shes crackers and she's got no chance !) - Im reconing thats her excuse for getting fat anyway haha (just kidding)
