    keep trying to trim your stomach and maybe widen your back...lookin good tho. i tihnk that would add a lot tho.

    aslong as you do not eat shit there is no reason you wont add lots of quality bodyweight. you definately look good, back width for sure is your weak point, either that or you do not have alot of experience when it comes to posing and bringing out the best of your back muscles.

    id get a haircut too lol, but then again, i hate having any hair on my head

    thanks to everyone. I dont have on lipstic, I have very chap lips and they are naturaly really read anyways and I had carmex on to help with the chaping. I get that a lot tho. I dont have much experince with anything, I'm 19 years old by the way.

    me at 290

    heres why I'm afraid of takin in a lot of calories and tryin to bulk. Also since I have lost a lot of weight my skin is nasty. I can pull it down a bit and see abbs, thats how loose it is. Will it ever go to normal? do I need to drop a couple more lbs for the to happen? the one with the black shirt I weighed 290!! gross. the others I weighed around 240. and the one's with my shirt off I was aroun 225 and nasty still.lol Enjoy.lol

    Problem is your have no knowledge of how to eat properly, that's why you're affraid to bulk up. I'd spend my time researching proper nutrition so you will never have the problem if being overweight again.
    Once you've done this you control everything with your weightloss/gain and bodyfat.

    agree diet is the key to everything.
    looking good for your age though mate. You will look even better when you sort out proper nutrition. Throw in some heavy deads and barbell rows in your back workouts. Im guessing by lack of leg pics that you should concentrate on them too. Squat till you puke....

    Thanks. I work my legs a lot becuase I have to, not because I want to. I play college football. But in the past year I have started to like working legs due to the fact that they are my strongest body part. I'm more of a squat guy vs. deadlift. But if deads will help my back I guess I should start doing them more.lol

    youve made a lot of progress and are showing the makings of a superior physique, as mentioned back width should be a priority. you traps look pretty awsome and actually to me make your shoulders appear narrower perhaps you can concentrate on widening the shoulders a little . well done!!
