    Thumbs up MRI results

Well it cost a lot of money but now i know where i am going.

My chiro is a god, i saw a bunch of pictures showing my spin from inside out and has he said it came back negative.

Since its a private clinic i got the results really fast, and i brought them to my chiro.

My pain is getting better go figure my pelvic is almost 100% reajusted.

There is a lot of work to be done in the upper back and neck to get a correct posture.

But for the rest its encouraging.

No trace of arthritis, degeneration a part from a disk in my neck and the chiro saw it on the x ray its stage 2.

I dont have any pinched nerve nor hernia.

I pray for a great and active summer vacation with my girlfriend.

Thanks Doc Sust at least now i know where i am going.

Well he said it all along, and this is why he didnt send me for the MRI right away.

I agreed to send me so i would have peace of mind.

Doc Sust has for the training program i am going to stick with what was given to me.

I find it good to train again and have almost no pain.

25 reps is just to get my body moving and the blood circulating in my body, i get a nice pump also and get to burn some fat in the mean time so its not that bad.

My chiro told me to lose 20 pounds and get my weight under control at 200 pounds.
