Getting rid of ingrowns!!!!!!!!

I nair and shave my chest and stomach. I was wondering if there is any cream to use maybe before or after or all the time to clear ingrowns and irritation from it. More towards getting rid of the ingrowns. Any methods you guys would recommend? Or products?

I went to the drug store and one of the ladys suggested I use this product on my chest that women use on there bikini line after getting it waxed or shaved to help get rid of irritation and prevent ingrowns. Think thatd be good?
Or is there any other creams youd recommend. Nothings worse then being hair free but with a bunch of red bumps everywere
