from my point of view and from many others that actually know something the deal is if your not going to inject then you shouldnt waste your time and money...bottom line... these are just recommendation but its your life and your body.. so that makes it your choice. whatever your decide i wish the best of luck to you

shrpskn is right....it just depends on your idea of "gains", if you think that the water bloat youll get from the abombs is apart of those "gains" then youll be very disappointed. However, if consider lbm as gains then you will gain some and keep most of it with proper pct and diet. the limiting factor here it lenght of cycle. abombs must'nt be run any where close to the length of and inject cycle.
so yes you will gain but it is not an ideal cycle.
