bit confused with sustanon 250

i have just got some sustanon 250. But it's not the 1ml bottle its the 10 ml bottle. Say if i were wanting to take 400mg a week how much should i take as it isnt the normal 1ml sustanon bottles?

Does it say 250/ml? If you are confused, just take 2 ml and make it an even 500mg, 100mg more is not that much of a difference in effect with Sust.

yes it says 250/ml

Just do the math
400 / 250 = 1.6

1.6 X 250 = 400

So you need 1.6 ML to get your 400mgs
