    Talking Hi - newbie here!

    Hi - I am a new female member and would like access to the private forums. I think I posted this in the wrong place previously. I'm looking for help with planning my diet and exercise routie. I've already gotten a lot of good information off of the general forum, but am looking for information geared more toward females. Any help would be great
