Diet Question working the night shift

Ok here is my deal. I am 6 1 about 205lbs unsure of my true BF%. i want to bulk up and figured I need about 3500kcal/day doing 40/20/40. I have it split up as to how much I need per meal. i am not using AAS at this time as I have been advised to not and do a good solid year of traing diet and supplements. ok i work nights as an ER nurse. I do 12 hour shifts typically 4-5 days a week. i workout either before I go in or when I get off of work. I try to go before work because i have more energy and seem more focused when I am at work. Not real sure how to word this question. My breakfast and my preworkout meal are essentially the same meal or are with an hour of each other. Is that ok to do? Does it give my body enough time to digest my breakfast before i do the prework out shake? is ultrafeul a good enough preworkout drink? Is NO a good supplement to take too/ Thanks Guys

I Used To Wake Up At 5 Am And Pop 2caffeine Pills 2 Effedrine And Then Drink A 100 Gram Grape Carb Fuel As My BreakFast, Pre Workout Drink.

It Worked Great, Then After I Trained Hard On Aas For About 2 Hours I Would Have An Immediate High Calorie, High Whey Protein, High Carb And Fat Meal Replacement DRink At Like 1200 Calories Total. So That Put Me At 1600 Calories For The Day Already. Then The Rest Of The Day I Would Eat 6meals Of Chicken And Rice.

I Gained Hardcore For Years This Way. So Yes I Agree With Ultrafuel As Your Only Pre Workout Drink/meal. You Cant Have Alot Of Digestion Taking PlAce When You Workout Or It Will Just Slow You Down And Make You Tired.

I Also Agree With A Solid Year Od Training B4 You Hit The Sauce.

Creatine And Whey Protein Plus A Good Diet Can Do Wonders For Gains......

Oh Yeah And Don't Forget The Multi Vitamin And Multimineral. Twinlab Makes A Great One Called Dual Tabs, They Absorb At Dual Rates So The Stomach Gets Some Of The Digestion Ans The Duodenum In The Small Intestine Gets Its Share Of Essential Vitamins That Get Wasted In Normal One Layer Vitamins.....centrum Sucks
