i used 10,000 mg per day and had fairly decent results while on, found combination of the b5 and tanning kept acne down, once i ranout tho it began to come out agaimn

10000mg? the dosage/pill is 500 mcg thats the one i have from the store... is mcg bigger than mg or smaller

My recommendation is to buy it in bulk powders. There's just no way you can do effective dosages of B5 affordably with pills.

yeah that makes more sense i was gonna say taking 20 pills a day seemed a bit excessive... thanks bro

0.5mg is 500mcg....
a microgram is one/one thousandth of a milligram....very small
