    Clen Users

Hey Bros, I belive that i am ready to try some Clen but i wanted to get some feedback first. I have done alot of research on clen, but i wanted some advice from those that have used it.

Is the Halflife really around 24-36 hours?
What are the aftermath side effects after you stop?
Does AllSports Nutrition offer a solid product?

    I would appreciate any advice.

The half life seems pretty long to me. I like to take 3 small doses throughout the day to spread it out some, and never take it past 5 pm because it will keep you up at night. Once you stop taking it all of the sides go away. Sides I got were: increased heart rate, feeling hot all the time, and lots of sweating. I never got the shakes really. I dose at no more than 160 mcg/day. I like to use it 2 weeks on 2 off.

Sweet thanks for the info. Did you use Benadryl to bring back up your Beta Receptors?

yea that half life is a lil long...i believe its more like 9-12 hours...

other tips...i take my AM empty stomach with grapefruit juice...atleast a gallon of water a day....start low about 20mcgs per day and work your way up per day until you can bare the sides then you know your tollerance point...

The benadryl thing...start to take that after you start to feel the effects wear off....you can help determine this by taking your temp throughout the day...

other tips...if u suffer cramps which is pretty common try taking some taurine to help with that...

Halflife Clen has a biphastic elimination, which means that it is technically reduced in your body in 2 different stages. This isn’t particularly important, as a recent study has shown that for most intents and purposes, clen concentrations in the body decline with a ½ life (approximately) equivalent to 7-9.2hours and again up to as much as 35 hours later(4)(5). If you’re really interested, though, clen technically declines biphastically at 10 and then 36 hours. But really, in our little world, where we use ½ life to tell us when to take our next dose, who the hell is going to take clen, then a dose 10 hours later, then a dose 36 hours later? We’ll stick with the earlier 7-9 hour ½ life for dosing purposes, and take our clen every 3.5-4.5 hours that we’re awake, stopping early enough to still be able to get to bed. No sides after you stop but you may experience sides while you are on,

Clen is a prescription drug. it cant be bought at allsports
