I have been on an extended lay off from the gym. It started with an injury then I met the woman who is now my wife, you know the rest of the story. 2 years later I have been back in the gym for 6 mths and I'm finally getting back to where I don't get sore anymore just tight. So I'm going to get back on the sauce still looking to trim down. I guess i should let y'all know my goals. I am 5'11" 225lbs and i'm probably around 14 - 16% Bodyfat down from 22. I'm not going to be in competitions but that doesn't mean I don't want to look good. I want to get back below 10% and maybe wiegh like 215 to 220? Any suggestions on what gear I should be looking at?
