    Newbie here with some questions

I have been on an extended lay off from the gym. It started with an injury then I met the woman who is now my wife, you know the rest of the story. 2 years later I have been back in the gym for 6 mths and I'm finally getting back to where I don't get sore anymore just tight. So I'm going to get back on the sauce still looking to trim down. I guess i should let y'all know my goals. I am 5'11" 225lbs and i'm probably around 14 - 16% Bodyfat down from 22. I'm not going to be in competitions but that doesn't mean I don't want to look good. I want to get back below 10% and maybe wiegh like 215 to 220? Any suggestions on what gear I should be looking at? Thanks in advance

    Welcome to AR

Not sure why you are posting this in the spa????

Give some more history on you before we can make suggestions. Just answer ALL the green questions below especially previous cycles and goals

We'll have someone move this to the Q & A forum so you get better replies

Thanks i should have done my homework on where to post. Here are my answers: 31male, 5'11, 225, 14-16%, 45min of cardio at 5:30am Lifting in the afternoon @2 1/2 hrs. Mostly high reps but sometimes i go heavy just to switch it up. Not really cutting with my diet yet just trying to eat plenty of protien and good carbs I figured it would be hard enough to get through that crappy starting over phase without being weak from a cutting diet. I have done a lot of simple stacks mostly sustenon and equipoise (not too much available around here) I just want to get lean again and I know most of that is diet and cardio but I know that i don't know enough about cycles to plan out my next year. I want to end up around my same weight but under 10%

prolly not what you want to hear, but i'd go and post my diet in the diet forum first, get that down, then come back here. the results will be soooo much better with a solid diet. JMO though...

after that, maybe check up on the stickies here, and you'll likely have most of your questions answered, maybe...

    oh, and welcome

My only suggestion is post your workout routine. 2 1/2 hrs is a long time to be in the gym. But congratulations on the wife and getting back into gym. I would post diet also. Get that down and then you can go full steam.

Makes sense to get the diet down before I start and I am going to research that in here no one is serious enough here (in my town) to give good advice. I appreciate the advice jason but I'm not going to wait a year. I'm ready to get right and I know that means doing my homework. I'm ready to cut this fat and so far it has been slow go because I was so out of shape six months ago. Now I'm feeling healthy and I'm ready to look it again. I will post a diet and get a plan of action but do you guys think I should cut the bf first with a t3 or something else?

I would just do it naturally. T3 eats muscle as well as fat.
