    insane delt pumps???

    hey bros.....i was just wondering if you guys have ever had insane delt pumps?i mean at first i thought i injured mt shoulders but if i wait for about five minutes i can hit it again.insane burning and pump! did my first delt injections a couple of weeks ago would this affect it? three weeks in on cycle.taking me along time to get workout in cause i have to wait for it to go away-------or maybe im ripping my delts off!

    I wish... I need to work on my shoulder workouts, i dont get any pumps AT ALL!!

    I have had them so bad I have had to walk home with my arms folded in front of me to relieve the pain, it was just too painful to hang them by my sides. I fvcking love that feeling. Enjoy !!!

    imo it just comes with running gear.i had them bad when i ran m1t,they got a lil better when i dropped the m1t and my enth kicked in.enjoy them u know your hitten em good when it burns!!

    hell yeah dude! everytime i do my shoulders they feel like they got broken or ripped off im cycling on test and deca but regrdless it was like this always my shoulders get great pumps!

    what does your shoulder day look like, reps, sets?

    my shoulders killed me when i was on prop from the pumps... after 2 excersises i couldnt lift em up.... i kinda find it with me and also my friends that my shoulders are also the first thing i notice getting bigger during cycle... any one else think that as well?

    sweeeet!!!! i have to walk around for 5 minutes also with my arms crossed b 4 i can hit em again!
    shoulder routine example
    front and side raises together 3x10-15
    shoulder d b presses 3x10
    shoulder db flys 3x10
    upright rows 3x10
    shrugs heavy till burnt! usualy db
    switch of every week with cable raises ect......
