    Need A Good Diet To Get Cut!!!!!!!!

    OK, i start w/ some oatmeal bout 7am bout 10am drink a protein shake 1pm a healthy meal chick, tuna, etc.... work out and drink a shake at 8 pm and thats all for the whole day. does this sound good? and of course i will be doing cardio first thing in the morning on a emty stomach. i need help with the stuff im not suppose to be eating!!

    i want to keep the weight but loose the fat. im not solid i have a gut i jus started doing cardio and abs EOD. thats because i was bulkking up @ first and now i want to keep the weight but loose the fat. i try to eat as healthy as possible.

    hi guys, need help,on t4s, every thing ive looked at is all on t3s,cytomil.can some one please shed, some light on t4s. on a safe dose to take,i have two hundred tabs, will also be taking 4ius. of gh.every other day and clen for three to four weeks,many thanks to all....

    Just follow the cutting diet sticky, you will loose weight.

    Post your macro's with the diet. From what you posted it looks like your not taking in enough food, which means you'll be losing muscle along with fat. You've got some reading to do, start with the cutting sticky.
