I've got acne scars too - thinking of trying that home microdermabrasion kit. At CVS it's like 50 bucks - made by Neutrogena. I've had professional microdermabrasion many times. It works pretty well but for me, I think my skin is just too sensitive. That's why I want the home version, so I can control how hard and how long to use it.

Secondly, what the fvck does "bump" mean??

I had some scars on my face from a car accident years ago that I had to get some plastic surgery from as well. Depending on what kind of scars they are while they are still newer you can find a special scar cover-up. I was qutie self conscious as well, so until they faded more that was how I coped with it. It doesn't look like you're wearing make-up or anything so you might want to give it a try. It's just a few different colours, one being green which helps to cut down the red tone.

After a few years they did fade considerably to the point where unless I pointed out what happened to people they didn't notice. I still did personally see them myself which is one of the reasons I had microdermabrasions done. I had phenomenol results with it to the point where I don't even remember that they're there anymore and when I tell people of the accident, they barely believe me.

i heard ultra-sound therapy works for scars. iv never experienced it and i have no idea about the pricing, but they got a machine for it at my gym, and the one lady who manages my gym said it worked for her son who had acne scars.

As part of my old job I used to have to carve up my forehead with a razorblade on a semi-regular basis. Over 9 years my forehead started to look like a roadmap of northern Arkansas. My wife started rubbing cream for stretchmarks on my forehead. Over time the redness started to fade. The scars are still very much visible but you have to be standing directly infront of me looking at my forehead in good light.

    Reviva is what she used.

Maderma is also another one I used. Your only other option if they don't fade to your liking is plastic surgery.

Shae butter, and Coco butter are probably your best bet.

Laser Resurfacing would get ride of them.

Those chemical face peals could reduce them too.
