    t 400

    got some test 400... wanna inj once a week... would it be smarter to go twice a week or does it matter?

    yes twice a week is better.

    if you took 20 seconds to run a search, you would have found your answer and reasons why.

    YES, due to the effective half life of the esters, it is better for blood levels to inject twice a week
