Average digestion rate for casein?

I've been wondering....on average, what is the digestion rate of 30 grams of casein protein. I take before bed every night. I'm assuming approx. 4 hours????

According to most supplement companies, casein aids in positive nitrogen balance at an average of 7 hours after ingestion.

And no, casein isn't "yummy" at all. I take it at bedtime myself.
