I know that usually the human body can absorb 50 grams of protien at a time and the rest gets wasted so I wanted to know on gear could I absorb say 150 at one time if I wanted to?or would the same rule apply

Why not divide that 150 over some hours instead of all at once?
I heard it a maximum of 50 grams at one time also, but why would you ever need to put more than that in a protein shake/meal??
You can absorb over 300grams easy if you space it out over the day.
Your body will not absorb that much at once. Insulin users have the benefit of absorbing more nutrients than usual, but it's still no where the 150g mark.
