18 Weeks Out! Critique the Physique!

Follow me though my 18 week journey. This picture was taken 18 weeks out on a full stomach with no pump. As of today I'm 16weeks 5 days out. Any advice or criticism will help me achieve the best condition possible.

Diet: 300 grams of complete protein
    275 grams of complex carbs
I don't count fat but it's relativley low.
1 tbs. all natural pb before bed to add a little fat.
Protein sources Isochill isolate, Hydrolyzed whey, tuna, chicken and eggs.
Carb sources Reduced sugar instant oats, brown rice, wheat bread.

Very similar to mine. I usually try fish oil or flaxseed oil b bed instead of pb. More health benifits!

On that diet you'll surely see a steady amount of growth with the proper use of carbs. Good job. Just make sure to be mentally prepared to drop most of them once you decide to cut.

It's those last few hours of the day while munching on a celery stick that it really hits home that "this sucks."

    Good job, though!!

Carbs should be around 275 for week 17. Is that too many? I'm gonna check the mirror and scale and make proper adjustments.
