You look good. I think you should have waited longer than a year until you started cycling and the fact that you are 20 or 21 I think you are too young.
Nonetheless you have some decent size for you're height. You need to work on you're arms (triceps especially) and you're lower and upper back thickness. Chest has some nice shape to it but focus more on upper chest to get more seperation, it appears most of you're chest mass is located around the sides and lower half perhaps from focusing on flys and crossovers more than incline presses which will bring out more def. and mass in you're overall chest. Post up some pics of the wheels too. Good luck with the training.

look real good, nice work! whats your measurements? Like above said everything looks quite proportionate except your upper chest, maybe work more on Incline benching and presses? Your shoulders and traps look huge....Im guessing your eating closer to a bulk then a cut since your cycling, looks like once you cut you'll be shredded...

thanks for the suggestions guys, I was thinking among the same lines. I will be working more on my upper chest with more fly movements and I have been doing my tri's 2 times a week but i will hit them harder I know I need to. I will also concentrate on back thickness as you have said, but everytime i do deadlifts my lower back kills me! I will start doing more "good morning" which excersizes do you guys suggest for overall back thickness, besides pull downs. I know upright rows are good and dumb bell pulls. which is good for lower back?

I will post some leg pix 2morro, by the way I am bulking right now and eating as much as possible around 4000-5000 cals a day every 2-3 hours. before the summer time comes around maybe 30 days prior to beach season I will be cutting with some tren and prop and running like crazy 2 times a day hopefully ill see some single digit bf% for the summer.

Im going to lay everything out right now and hopefully you and everyone else my age (also 21) will listen and figure things out. Your natural test levels are about as high as they are going to get right now. Running gear isn't a waste of time but its a pretty dumb move. Not only are you wasting money you could be using to buy books on how to lift properly but your screwing up your body even more than if you had waited a few years. Also, your not even considering diet which is WAY more important then running a bit of test and deca. Im just hoping to god you know something about PCT and don't end up losing more than you get out of this cycle. Also, single digit bf% looks like a pipe dream to me. You would have to lose a lot of weight and with it (since your diet and training probably isn't optimal) probably most if not all of your gains. I wish I were talking out of my ass right now but anyone who knows what is actually going on inside their body will probably agree with me. Im sorry I picked your thread to flame...its one of a few Ive seen on this site, but hopefully the other guys will read this too. Good luck, it looks like you have a lot of potential.

I know what diet is and I am eating as much as I need to. I also know what pct is and my pct is layed out. also signle digit bf% pipe dream? Kid before i started working out and eating so much food to bulk i was already there with a 6 pack. When I cut its gonna be a diff story about diet, I know what I am doing, and I also know what I am doing while cycling so why dont you keep working out natty while i shoot some more juice. Thanks for the comment.

Why don't I keep working on my degree in Human Kinetics and you go read a book. Sorry to say but not only am I natural but Ive competed and won. Im also bigger than you with lower bodyfat %. Oh and "six pack" doens't mean single digit bodyfat. Id get into how muscle is marbelled with fat and the fat that surrounds your internal organs but that kind of stuff probably doesn't interest you seeing as you come off as both ignorant and arrogant. I could have been a dick and said to stop wasting your time posting up pics. However I decided to attempt to give you some constructive criticism in the hope you would figure shit out. Your the reason people have a bad opinion of bodybuilders. Also calling me kid is pretty dumb. I have more biochemistry, anatomy and physiology background then most people on this board. Im going to guess you know exactly what all those hormones and chemicals are doing in your body since you seem so sure of yourself. Good luck

your a smart guy,its a shame some people dont like to hear the truth,im by no means an expert or the biggest guy around, but i am 12yrs older than pavlenko and in good shape.i just hope he can say the same in 12yrs time.

pavlenkoyou have made some good gains and hopefully at not a high price,

but you should listen to people giving constructive critisism, you dont have to like it but to show respect for someone elses knowledge shows you have character, and not an attitude problem

but you have still made nice gains.congrats

This is like my 1st serious cycle, what makes you think my body wont grow naturally after this. Yeah I will post how the cycle goes and some after pix 1nc its done. ..right now into week 3, tuesday is my 2nd 250mg test shot. fri will be 4th week, seeing no serious strength increase yet. BTw that post from hurley made me think if I wanna cycle again after this or go natty for a few years its just it came off too much as like "you are cycling oh well you suck then". The gains are so much faster even from when I did my 1st cycle 250mg a week of test-e for 10 weeks I saw the strength increase and size gradually so I mean my natty test levels cant be THAT high if I saw those kind of results ending with 20 pounds increase in size.

i dont care if/when you cycle so im not gonna comment on 2 cycles in the first year you've been training, to each their own.

in my opinion you look like you have high bf, smooth and watery appearance, and no muscle density or depth. getting bigger with water and fat looks bad and your nips look like they are gonna start forming gyno. this is an honest critique and not a flame. im telling you what i see. that is why you posted pics, for critiques on your appearance?

if all you wanted to do is show how much progress you think you've made then ignore my critique.

the reason people tell you to lift natural and build the base and blah blah blah is to avoid the look your going to create. muscle looks better built over time. rush it and it has an ugly, bloated look - and i dont care if your "bulking", thats an excuse, knowing your body and diet can alleviate that look pretty easy and that comes with time/experience. all the drugs in the world wont change that.

either way good luck. this is marathon your in, not a sprint.

I never said I was in for a sprint, just because i am cycling with in my 1st year of working out. I just wanted to gain size fast and I am achieving this currently. Most likely I will lay off AS for the next few years and try retaining as much size as I can while building more hard dense muscle. Thanks for your comments.

aside from steroids. hate to break it to you guys, but you cant always look pretty and sit a low bodyfat to get from point a to point b.

aside from steroid- this kid looks awesome for only working out for ONE YEAR. if what he sais is true and the juice hasnt kicked in yet.

he definately could have filled out alot more before starting, but looks like is already on the right path diet and training wise if you ask me

Thanks Iron, I appreciate the nice words. I truly do believe I am on the right path, I have went through a terrible 3 year relationship breakup in the recent 2 month and its really making me depressed and all that other good stuff, the lady (model) basically dumped me to the curb after telling me all the good words like I love you and all this but I keep working out despite the grief and im starting college on the 23'rd so Im gonna be a buisy man within the next few years with gym, work, college but im deff not giving up on any of those.

Hurley11 I don't doubt that you know more than the average person on this website, but you need to realize you are not the end all that people are going to listen to. You came into my thread trying to "drop knowledge" that I already knew, but you did it in a very negative way. What is done is done as far as Pavlenko doing a cycle, and it would be pointless to go three weeks in and start PCT because you tell him to. If anything use your extensive knowledge to motivate people rather than put them down. Your opinion is your own, and you can express it in a way that isn't calling people out and pissing them off.

EVERYBODY UNDER 25 READ THIS, WE ALL NEED TO RESPECT THE PROS ON HERE MORE

i'm not going to bash you, but you do need to take some advice people are giving.. it seems you are taking the negitive energy and totally forgetting that there is a point in what some of them are saying.. but they are being alittle harsh about how they say it

you are looking good for only one year. one thing you might try is doing some bulking work outs for now, you are still a small guy. work on the basic bulk movements then when you get about two are three more years under your belt then move to the exercise's that will give you the peaks and cuts you want..

not being mean, just being honest with you.. but... if you try cutting down for beach season you will most likely either lose some muscle you are working hard to get, or you will put yourself in a hole, as far as your workouts and you will not want to continue... make yourself a real goal.. single digits for you is not going to happen without negitive effects.. you will look great without going to single digits, stay postive about it trust me it will come

last, the guys that are telling you negitive things are only saying it because they have been their and done that, i'm young like you (24myself).. i do powerlifting not bodybuilding, but anybody under the age of 28-30 is still a rookie, simple as that.. pro body builders take ten years before they learn their body... let people help you, its the only way to meet your goal..

thanks for the comment guys, I honestly take alota things you guys say into play because I know experience means alot in this game. quarry u are right about not cutting, im not at that point BY FAR and yet i do stick to basic power movements for the majority of my work outs. I did some incline benching yesturday with some flys and dumbbell presses feeling good this morning. Did my 2nd shot of 250mg test right now. about to hit college orientation come back and work out...and as i promised take some wheel flix today. btw i dont really think about that grl much anymore i am talking to some1 else but the 1st two three weeks i cant even lie i was being a pussy =P.

just wondering may i ask where you are from?

oh one thing, not being negitive, but something you need to start thinking about...

since you started roids after only one year of working out.. there is a VERY good chance within about three months of getting off of them you are going to hit a serious wall in your workouts.. its normal but since all until this point you have been new so gains come on a weekly basis.. and the roids are shooting you even higher.. you will level of (more mentally than physical) STAY positive.. even ronnie coleman stayed the same wieght for years.... the new MD markus rhul admits to not being able to grow shoulders for 4years, and now he has the biggest shoulders in the world some say....

stay positive, i don't approve of the juice, but you have already gone down that path so realize the mental and physical blocks you will hit, and probably soon..

50% of working out nomatter what your goal is mental
