    Cutting and protein

I'm on a cutting diet right now should i just stick w/ a whey like optimum for my 3 a day shakes two pwo's and one for a meal. some people have bashed and some people have praised musclemilk but from the looks of it it has alot of fat in there and i read on an earlier post is because its all derived from canola oil.

All comes down to your macro split and what you need during each of those meals. But can I ask first of all, why would you be having 2 shakes PWO?

Personally I dont replace ANY meals with shakes and never would but hey you and I are probably on different levels and Im not gonna say you shouldnt/cant do it and have good results still.

I would never have musclemilk PWO though, slow digesting and dont need the fat. If you want to have that to replace one meal sure go for it but like I said the main thing will be fitting it into you daily macro's and what you need for each meal.

Agreed. Bro, if you can get your nutrition from whole foods, then by all means, that should be your primary source. I have only 2 shakes a day (PWO, fast-acting whey, and Casein, slow, before bedtime). Don't rely too much on Musclemilk. I have it on hand. Sometimes at work i can't eat every 2.5 hours, so i'll have a shake once in a while to hold me down for an hour or so. But that should never be a meal replacement.

I'm consuming 3 meals and 3 shakes a day withing about a 17-18 hour day you think i should cutout the shake that isnt a pwo one and just toss in some lean protein? and if i were to use musclemilk in conjunction w/ whey should i use it during the day and use whey for my pwo shakes
