I think 1-1.5g/lb. is probably the sweat spot really. I think bodybuilders are so full of crap when they are like..."I really started gaining when I bumped my protein up to blah, blah, blah..." What they are really saying is...I have a horrible diet so I started doing 200mcg of IGF-LR3 and I had never done it...but I'm going to blame it on that because I don't want to lose my contract to Met-RX...hilarious...stay 1 to 1.5 and you will be money....
I think 1 to 1.5 per pound of body weight would bee good, i dont' know what others think here.
