Bulking diet for 25 yr. old male

Hey guys, I wanted to throw this up here to get some feedback; I used to work as a personal trainer and was so concerned about staying lean that all I ever ate was chicken and rice even when I was trying to "bulk". I've come to the realization that I nor anyone else (in my opinion) can stay super lean and add mass to their frame (naturally). So I have been eating... LARGE, without counting macro nutrients or calories and going more or less by the scale, measurements and the wife's reaction. Problem is, well... everything now that I've sat down and analyzed my diet, well really I'm starting to put on a little too much BF. Here are my stats:

    Male, 25 yrs old, 5' 11", 219 lbs. 16% BF, Workout- 5 days on 2 off

    And my diet:
    c-p-f
    calories

    8 AM
    8 oz. 1% Milk
    12-8.5-2.5
    105
    8 oz. Grapefruit juice
    23-1-0
    96
    1 1/2 cups Oatmeal
    81-15-9
    450
    6 egg whites
    1.5-22-0
    103
    2 whole eggs
    0-12.5-10
    147
    10AM
2 cans white tuna 10 oz
    0-60-10
    350
    4 slices wheat bread
    72-16-4
    360

    12PM
    6 oz chicken breast
    0-53-6
    281
    1 cup couscous
    40-8-1
    190
    1 cup broccoli

    3PM (preworkout)
    2 scoops whey
    6-48-1
    240

    5PM (post workout)
    3 scoops whey
    9-72-1.58
    360
    Carbo rush
    65-0-0
    260
    1/2 banana
    18.5-1-0
    72

    7PM
    6 oz sirloin steak
    0-52-10
    311
    1 large white potato
    33-3-0
    145
    2 cups asst. veggies

    9PM
    2 scoops whey
    6-48-1
    240

    Totals: carbs- 367, protein- 455, Fat- 56
    calories- 3710

So this is it, I know my ratios are way off... I have gained 15 lbs eating this way, 6 of them being fat in the past 6 weeks. I've had a great increase in size and strength but want to limit fat gain to a minium. All input is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

    cut down the calorie

Yea agreed, that's a good way to get fat fast.
You could cut 500calories/day and still grow.

I agree. It's funny how sometimes you don't even realize how much you are eating untill you sit down and really go over everything in detail. Do you recomend that I cut the majority of my calories from fat, or should I drop my protein intake, or a combination of both?

One more thing, after I cut the calories down what would your opinion on manipulating my carbs to decrease/increase calories on a daily or weekly basis? Do you feel as though this is a more effective way of fighting off BF gain while bulking? Personal experiences?

Thanks guys for the time and info... I'll post my revamped diet plan after I get some feedback on this...

Anyone??? I'm thinking of following low/med/high carb days... I know this is a common technique used for cutting (which I've used and thought it worked very well), but what about using it for fighting off BF while bulking? Do you think it would also be effective? Or is not even worth it for bulking?

Keep your total calories slightly above your maintenance and keep your food choices clean and you'll stay lean, it has nothing to do with ramping calories etc..
You either eat more calories then you burn and you grow or vice versa and you lose weight.. Sometimes ppl make it more complicated than it is.

Thanks for your input, that makes reworking my diet much easier; nevermind how much easier it is to follow a simple eating plan... Thanks again!
